How quick will my item ship?

All orders received Tuesday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST will ship same day. In most cases, items ordered that are not available in our warehouse will ship within 3 business days from the order date. Please allow 4 to 14 days for most shipment to arrive.

Can I have my shipped faster?

Yes, please request "expedited" shipping in the comments section of your order. We will contact you and make arrangements via e-mail or phone. Please list your preferred contact method. We can use any shipping method you prefer. However, there will be an additional fee for this method.

How long will it take to receive my item once it is shipped?

Your Item will ship USPS "Priority Mail" or UPS "Regular Ground". Expect 2 to 3 days for delivery once your item is shipped via "Priority Mail." You may use the shipping map below to determine the time it would take to receive your item once it is shipped via "UPS Regular Ground".

How do I know my order has shipped?

Once your order shipped you will receive an e-mail giving you detailed tracking information.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will only charge your credit card when your order is ready for shipment.

Does DonWoodPolaris.com allow returns?

We will accept returns in most cases. We realize that mistakes can happen. Items stocked in our warehouse may be returned within 14 days from receipt. Items not stocked in our warehouse will be able to be returned less a 25% restocking fee. Items related to electrical may not be returned. Items unopened and in the original container are eligible for return. Some items appearing in our catalog may be discontinued and would not be returnable. Please call for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns for any reason without an R.A. number. Our goal is to provide you with the right part. Let us know what we can do to help. How do I make arrangements to return an item?

Contact us at 1-888-284-8219 or email us at jashcraft@donwood.com for a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Once you have received authorization for your return, you have 14 days to return it for a refund or exchange.

What is an OEM part?

DonWoodPolaris.com was designed so anyone could locate and order the parts and accessories they need within five or six clicks. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts are the parts that were on the machine when it was purchased new from the manufacturer. DonWoodPolaris.com can supply you with any new parts the manufacturer "Polaris" currently makes for your machine. If a part has been discontinued we will not be able to acquire it. Once you click on the Polaris Parts Fiche, you'll be asked to enter the year, make and model of your machine. Next you'll see a list of schematic diagrams for your machine that you can browse to find all the OEM parts you need. Not ready to buy right now? Not a problem. Just save it to your "Wish List." If you know the OEM part number of the items you need, you can use the DonWoodPolaris.com Part Number Search to instantly check availability and pricing. How do aftermarket and OEM parts differ?

Aftermarket parts are made by companies other than the one that built your motorcycle. They are offered as both replacements and enhancements. Go to our aftermarket parts page to find a complete offering of performance and replacement parts from air filters and brakes to complete exhaust systems and windshields.
